GENERAL
Who are you?
- We are “twenty twenty coffee” a small coffee business located on the west coast of Denmark.
Why did you start this webshop?
- With growing demand for our products we felt the need to simplify our online orders and create this simple webshop. Up to this point (autumn 2025), we handled all our web orders manually via email which became very time-consuming. This webshop is a simple tool to simplify the ordering process for you and streamline the workflow for us.
How can I contact you?
- You can always send us a DM on Instagram or email us to info@twentytwentycoffee.dk . We love hearing from our customers, learning where you live curious about your local coffee shop recommendations.
Who runs this webshop?
- It is all created and ran by us. There is no agency, no investors, no AI-generated bullshit. It is us, putting in the work, learning about how can we improve and do things the better and smarter way. It is currently 1AM on 5th December 2025 and I am in my office writing this FAQ text - so if you are reading this - send me a message and say hello. The future me will appreciate that! :))
CUPS & BOWLS
What are the sizes of the cups?
- We have two sizes: small and large. In our coffee shops we use the small cup to serve espresso and cappuccino; and the large cup to serve latte. If you are trying to match cups you already have - simply measure their height: small cup is 8,5cm tall and the large cup is 9,5cm tall.
Can you explain the blue design and its uniqueness?
- The blue colour is made with a special technique using liquid cobalt. During the painting process, the cobalt spreads freely and therefore all cups end up being completely different and unique.
Since all the cups are different - can I select my cup?
- Not online. If you order your cups and bowls online - we will pick them for you. If you come in person to our coffee shop - you can pick the cups yourself.
Are the cups thermo-resistent?
- No. They are made of high-quality porcelain that doesn’t have any thermo-resistance features. If you pour very hot liquid in the cup - it will become hot. For very hot drinks we recommend using another vessel (pitcher or jug) and pouring small amounts at a time.
Are your cups and bowls microwave safe?
- Yes.
Are your cups and bowls dishwasher safe?
- Yes, they are made of high-quality porcelain that is fully dishwasher safe. However, when washing the cups in dishwasher - make sure to place the cups in such a way that the cups cannot knock against other dishes to avoid chips and breakages. We wash our cups in our industrial dishwashers all the time without any problems.
Why are the cups so expensive?
- They are a fully handmade product that takes significant time and effort to produce. We have been selling these cups in our coffee shop for many years and we have many customers who agree that the price is totally fair considering cups' uniqueness.
Can I buy the cups somewhere else?
- The cups are only available on this webshop and in our own coffee shops in Hvide Sande and in Ringkøbing.
T-SHIRTS
What sizes do you have?
- We currently have very limited stock of S, M, L and XL. The shirt is made in oversized fit so size up for baggy style or size down for slimmer fit.
My size is not available!
- We are working on adding more sizes soon. Send us an email and we’ll notify you when your sizes becomes available.
Can you explain the design on the T-shirt?
- The design on the back is a collage consisting of many of our logos that naturally blend into a cool rectangular graphic when viewed from a distance. Only on a close look it is clear to see the details, including the bottom-right square which is the only one that says: “hvide sande denmark” - the name of our coffee shop's location.
What is your recommendation for washing?
- We recommend washing with similar colours on gentle 30°C programs turned inside-out. Be aware that the colour of the T-shirt is "off-white" and therefore some whitening products can damage it.
BEANIES
Are the beanies one-size?
- Yes, we only have one universal size of the beanies. They are made from very stretchy material and therefore fit vast majority of head-sizes from young children to well grown adults.
I bought another colour some time ago - will it be available again?
- Honest answer - we are not sure. We pick the colours based on seasons, availability and our own preference. Therefore we can’t guarantee older colours to make a comeback in the future. We recommend you to pick one that is available - we are sure you will fall in love with the new one as well. :)
POSTCARDS
Can I use these as decoration?
- Absolutely! Most of our customers purchase these as memories and decorations. However, the act of sending a physical postcard to somebody has a very special meaning and so if you are reading this - we encourage you to send a postcard to your loved ones.
Where are the photos from?
- They are all local - all captured on our local beach - just stone-throw-away from our coffee shop.
Who made the photographs?
- The photos were made by us during our walks through the local nature.
Can I buy just one postcard?
- Unfortunately not online. For simplification purposes, we decided to only sell sets of 5 on this webshop. However, we keep selling single postcards in our coffee shops.
Are the photos AI-enhanced?
- No, the photos are fully captured in-camera without any major postprocessing.
TOTE BAG
Is this a standard tote bag?
- No, this is a completely custom-sewed bag made of very thick organic cotton. The design is printed onto the fabric prior to sewing in order to achieve the seemless wave design.
Can I wash it in washing machine?
- We do not recommend washing the tote bag in a washing machine as it can cause damages to the print as well as the material. If needed, wash gently by hand.
SHIPPING
I can’t see my country on the list of available countries!
- We unfortunately can’t include all the countries on the list - but please send us an email, we’ll figure out a way how to add your country on the list.
Can I track my order?
- Of course, you will receive a link shortly after the shipping is initiated. Please make sure to fill-in your email and phone number correctly.
Why is the shipping so expensive?
- Unfortunately we can’t affect the prices of the shipping much. We are a small company that ships only few packages each year and therefore we can’t reach the low shipping prices some big webshops can. We did spend a lot of time trying to find the best deal for the shipping - hope it will work for you.
How long after I place my order will you ship my package?
- We ship all packages directly from our coffee shop by ourselves and therefore it can take between 1-3 business days to initiate the shipping process.
How long does the shipping takes:
- It takes around 1-3 business days within Denmark, 5-8 business days within Europe and 5-15 business days world-wide. It is often fairly fast but we can’t guarantee any delivery deadlines.
What happens if the cups break in transport?
- We put significant effort into packing the cups well but accidents can still happen. If you receive the cups damaged - please send us an email with photos of the breakages as well as the packaging damage immediately - so we can resolve the issue asap.
Can I place an order online and pick it up in the coffee shop?
- No, that is currently not possible. However, in general the coffee shops are our primary business - so they will always have more products in stock than the webshop. So you can just come by and buy it directly in-person.
RETURNS
Can I return the products?
- Yes, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Can I exchange the colour/size?
- You are welcomed to return the items within the 14-day return policy and then place a new order on our webshop again. Unfortunately in this way you will pay multiple shipping costs.
How do I return the products?
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@twentytwentyshop.dk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and cannot be eligible for refund. Read the full conditions here.
Can you send me a shipping label?
- No, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Please contact us first and then send the products to the following address: "twenty twenty coffee, Strandgade 5, 6960 Hvide Sande, Denmark”. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
When do I receive my money back?
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
